The eWYKCars Trader 10 Day Money Back Guarantee applies to vehicle transactions completed through our verified checkout, escrow, and delivery process. It is designed for situations where buyers cannot perform an in person inspection prior to delivery and need a secure way to verify condition, accuracy, and documentation.

The guarantee begins on the delivery date. For the next 10 calendar days, the buyer can inspect the vehicle and confirm it matches the agreed listing details and transaction terms. During this period, funds remain securely held in eWYKCars Trader escrow and are not released.

If the buyer keeps the vehicle, the inspection period closes and eWYKCars Trader authorizes the escrow release after delivery is confirmed and the guarantee window has ended. If a return is requested within the inspection period, escrow remains on hold while eWYKCars Trader coordinates the return process and verifies completion.

For vehicle transactions, title or registration transfer is coordinated after the guarantee period ends, helping ensure compliance, buyer confidence, and proper documentation.

How long does the Buyer have to inspect the vehicle

The inspection period is up to 10 calendar days, starting on the confirmed delivery date. During this time, the Buyer may inspect, test, and verify the vehicle against the agreed description and transaction terms, including a professional inspection if desired.

How does the Buyer request a return

During the inspection period, the Buyer may initiate a return from the transaction page through the Item Return Process. The return is submitted using a structured form with selectable options. After submission, eWYKCars Trader reviews the request and provides clear instructions for documentation, return coordination, and tracked shipment.

What happens if only part of the transaction needs to be reversed

In cases where partial adjustments are required, the Buyer should initiate the return request and contact eWYKCars Trader support. Each case is reviewed individually to ensure accurate documentation, escrow reconciliation, and proper handling of the transaction outcome.

What if the Buyer decides not to keep the vehicle

If the vehicle is not the right fit, the Buyer must submit a return request within the inspection window. eWYKCars Trader coordinates the return process and confirms completion before any escrow movement occurs. The vehicle remains insured and documented throughout the return workflow.

How refunds are issued

Once a return is approved and confirmed, funds held in escrow are refunded to the Buyer using the original payment method whenever possible. If an alternative method is required, eWYKCars Trader will coordinate the process directly with the Buyer.

For Buyer requested wire refunds, processing fees apply, $20 for domestic wires and $40 for international wires.

What if the vehicle is damaged during shipping

If a vehicle arrives with shipping related damage, the receiver must notify eWYKCars Trader immediately and document the condition at delivery. The shipping carrier must also be contacted promptly, as carriers often have strict claim deadlines.

Do not re ship the vehicle until eWYKCars Trader provides instructions. When shipping is coordinated through eWYKCars Trader, vehicles are insured, and damage claims require photos, delivery confirmation, and supporting documentation.
