Coverage

The Buyer Protection Program is designed to address verified cases of fraud or material misrepresentation when the transaction is completed entirely through eWYKCars Trader. Coverage applies when the claim is supported by documentation, timely reporting, and verification against the agreed transaction terms.

Eligible purchases are protected for up to $100,000 USD, or the purchase price of the vehicle or item, whichever is lower. Coverage is subject to eligibility, verification requirements, and program terms, and it applies only to transactions completed through eWYKCars Trader systems, including verified checkout, escrow handling, and documented delivery.

Eligible vehicles and items

The program applies to a wide range of eligible vehicle and item types sold through eWYKCars Trader, including, but not limited to:

• Passenger vehicles, cars, SUVs, and trucks
• Motorcycles, powersports, and off road vehicles
• Motor homes, RVs, trailers, and specialty vehicles
• Boats, watercraft, and related equipment when applicable to the transaction

Important conditions

Buyer Protection applies only when the transaction is completed fully through eWYKCars Trader. This includes payment, escrow, delivery coordination, and inspection confirmation. Off platform arrangements, direct payments, or side agreements are not protected and cannot be verified.

How to report an issue

If a buyer believes a vehicle or item does not match the agreed description or there is a verified issue that impacts eligibility, the buyer should notify eWYKCars Trader during the inspection window. The fastest way to start the process is through the Item Return Process page, where the buyer submits a structured form with selectable options and supporting details.

After submission, eWYKCars Trader reviews the claim, requests supporting documentation if needed, and provides clear next steps. Funds remain in escrow until the issue is resolved and the correct outcome is confirmed.

Relationship to the 10 Day Money Back Guarantee

The Buyer Protection Program includes the eWYKCars Trader 10 Day Money Back Guarantee. Upon delivery, buyers receive a defined inspection period to verify the vehicle or item before final acceptance. If a return is requested within the inspection period, escrow remains on hold while eWYKCars Trader coordinates the documented return process.

Fraud prevention, identity and payment verification

Online transactions can attract bad actors, which is why eWYKCars Trader uses identity and payment verification checkpoints and documented approvals. This helps reduce fraud risk and supports safer transactions for all parties involved.

Included Limited Warranty

Your purchase includes a 6-Month / 10,000-Mile Limited Warranty (whichever comes first). This warranty provides coverage for eligible assemblies and components, subject to the exclusions listed below.

• Cosmetic imperfections, including scratches, dents, paint fading, interior wear, or upholstery damage
• Wearable components such as brake pads, rotors, clutch discs, belts, filters, bulbs, and wiper blades
• Routine maintenance items, including oil, fluids, spark plugs, tires, and batteries
• Aftermarket accessories, non-OEM parts, or vehicle modifications
• Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, racing, off-road use, or accidents occurring after delivery
• Damage caused by environmental conditions, including hail, flooding, rust, or corrosion
• Normal wear and tear consistent with vehicle age and mileage

This limited warranty is non-transferable. Optional warranty extensions of up to five (5) years may be available for an additional fee, subject to eligibility and program terms.
