What is eWYKCars Trader?

eWYKCars Trader is a secure transaction platform for vehicles and eligible merchandise. We coordinate the full flow, verified registration, documented transaction terms, protected payment, delivery, inspection, and final acceptance or return, so both buyers and sellers can complete high value deals with confidence.

How does the 10-day inspection and money-back process work?

The 10-day period starts on the confirmed delivery date. During this window you can inspect, test, and verify the vehicle against the agreed details. Funds stay protected, then the transaction is finalized after acceptance, or a return is initiated through the return workflow within the same window.

Where do the vehicles come from?

Inventory can come from verified private owners, consignments, institutional sources, auctions, and bank-repossessed assets. Regardless of the source, every transaction follows the same documented process, verification, delivery, inspection, and controlled completion.

What is a Stock Number, and why do I need it?

The Stock Number identifies the exact vehicle or item you are purchasing. It is provided by our team or shown on your invoice. Use it to pull the correct listing, photos, specifications, and transaction details, then complete registration without confusion.

Do I have to register to start a transaction?

Yes. Registration is required to protect both parties and to keep the transaction documented. It ensures we can verify details, confirm delivery information, and keep the payment and inspection workflow tied to the correct order.

How long does delivery take?

In most cases, shipping begins shortly after the transaction is confirmed, then delivery timing depends on distance and scheduling. You will receive status updates and tracking information as the shipment progresses.

What happens at delivery?

At delivery, you sign the pre-inspection agreement and complete a condition check with the driver. The vehicle is then left in your care for the inspection window, so you can verify it properly before the transaction is finalized.

Is there any warranty included?

Many purchases include a limited warranty, with standard exclusions such as normal wear items and cosmetic imperfections. Any warranty details shown for your specific order will be listed in your transaction documents.

The process is structured and consistent, transaction terms are confirmed first, the buyer registers, payment is handled through the protected workflow, shipping is coordinated and tracked, the buyer receives the vehicle and completes the inspection window, then the transaction is finalized through acceptance, or a return is initiated within the allowed period.
eWYKCars Trader Escrow is our controlled payment process designed to reduce fraud and keep the transaction documented from start to finish. The buyer’s payment is verified and processed through the transaction record, then held under protected conditions while delivery and the inspection window take place. Funds are not treated as completed until the buyer accepts the vehicle, or the inspection period ends without a return request. This approach protects buyers from non-delivery or misrepresentation, and it protects sellers by confirming that funds are real, verified, and tied to a valid transaction.
